You move through leadership foundations and emotional intelligence, team building and communication, coaching and performance management, strategy and project leadership, business leadership and your leadership brand, and a live capstone with certification.
Learn by doing
Each module is paired with a real deliverable, from a leadership style assessment and a development plan to a team performance dashboard, a project leadership plan and a leadership capstone, so you finish with a toolkit, not just notes.
Fee and format
The course fee is ₹20,059 plus 18% GST, which is ₹23,670 all-in. It runs as a live cohort of 12 sessions of about 2 hours each across six weekends, delivered in English, with Tamil delivery available on request.
