The rules that govern our programs, our community, our certificates, and your use of this website.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of careerbytecode.in and every program, service, community membership, and partnership we offer through it. By using the website, enrolling in a program, or submitting an enquiry, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
careerbytecode.in is owned and operated by Cloudnloud Technologies Pvt Ltd, registered in India at 132, Pillayar Koil Street, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India 600073. In these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to Cloudnloud Technologies Pvt Ltd.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to enrol in a paid program or enter into a partnership with us. By enrolling, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us, including the name you want printed on a certificate. You are responsible for keeping any access credentials we issue confidential, and for everything done under them. Tell us promptly at support@careerbytecode.net if you believe your access has been compromised.
All our programs are delivered as live, instructor-led classes on a published schedule. Enrolment secures you a seat in a specific cohort.
Fees are shown on each program page and are payable in advance. Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card details.
Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Community membership is a recurring subscription. It renews automatically for successive periods until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation stops all future charges. Membership fees already paid are not refundable. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Membership benefits, including mentoring sessions and access tiers, may be adjusted from time to time. We will not materially reduce the benefits of a period you have already paid for.
We issue certificates for programs, bootcamps, and internships that you complete. Every certificate carries a credential ID and is verifiable at careerbytecode.in/verify. All certificates are signed by our Director, Sangeetha.
Our corporate partnership tiers are described on the Collaborate page. Submitting an enquiry does not create a partnership. A partnership begins only when both parties agree terms in writing, and those written terms prevail over anything described on the website.
Partnership benefits are described in general terms on the website and are subject to scheduling, availability, and mutual agreement on scope. Nothing on the Collaborate page is an offer capable of acceptance.
You agree not to:
You keep ownership of anything you submit, including reviews, profile details, and project work. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and reproduce it for the purpose of running the service and, in the case of reviews and project showcases, promoting our programs.
You confirm that anything you submit is yours to submit and does not infringe anyone else's rights. We moderate reviews and may decline to publish, or later remove, anything that breaches section 11.
The website, our course materials, syllabi, recordings, tools, certificate designs, and the CareerByteCode name and logo are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property law. Enrolling in a program gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use the materials for your own learning. It gives you no right to reproduce, resell, or teach them.
The site links to and relies on third-party services including Razorpay, Google, WhatsApp, and Substack. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, terms, availability, or privacy practices. Your use of them is governed by their own terms.
We teach, mentor, and connect. We do not promise a job, a salary increase, a client, a placement, freelance income, or any particular commercial result. Statements about what past participants have achieved describe their outcomes, not a guarantee of yours. Any figures we publish about our community are indicative.
We aim to keep the website and our services available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, business, or opportunity, arising from your use of the website or our services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
You agree to indemnify us against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the website or our materials, or your infringement of a third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate your access to a program, the community, or the website if you materially breach these terms. Where a breach is capable of being fixed, we will normally tell you first and give you a chance to fix it. We do not refund fees where access is terminated for a material breach.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Changes are not retrospective, and the terms that apply to a purchase are the ones in force on the date you made it. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Chennai, Tamil Nadu have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the website.
