Enterprise Azure Cloud Architecture & AIOps Bootcamp
A premium, project-driven bootcamp for professionals who want to design, automate, secure, monitor, optimise and intelligently operate production Azure environments. Every day pairs enterprise architecture with a hands-on Python or AI lab, so you graduate operating Azure the way enterprise cloud and AIOps teams do. Mentored by Shubh Dadhich.
Why this bootcamp
Build intelligent, self-healing Azure platforms with AI, Machine Learning and local LLMs.
🔥 90% hands-on
Two focused hours a day, almost entirely labs. You build, not just watch.
🤖 Real AIOps
Every day follows Observe, Detect, Decide, Act on live Azure signals.
📊 ML where it counts
Isolation Forest, ARIMA, Decision Trees and Random Forest applied to real problems.
🏠 Local LLMs
Run Ollama with Llama 3, Mistral and CodeLlama for private, low-cost AI.
🔧 IaC and CI/CD
Bicep, Terraform, GitHub Actions, Checkov and AI-assisted code review.
🩺 Self-healing focus
Observability wired to automation that remediates without waking anyone up.
Who should join
Built for professionals and learners ready to operate production cloud at enterprise scale.
☁ Cloud & DevOps Engineers
Cloud and DevOps engineers ready to bring AI, ML and automation into everyday Azure operations.
🔧 Platform Engineers & SREs
Platform engineers and Site Reliability Engineers building self-healing, observable systems.
🏗 Solution Architects

🎓 Aspiring AIOps Engineers
Learners moving into AIOps and AI-assisted cloud management with hands-on project experience.
10 days, each a real enterprise build
Every day pairs architecture with a hands-on lab, cumulatively assembling the skills behind the capstone.
Day 1: Azure Cloud Foundations & Your First AIOps Pipeline
Before any intelligent operations can run, the team needs a working Azure foundation and a local AI toolchain, the groundwork for every AIOps build that follows.
Day 2: Azure Identity, RBAC & Access Intelligence
Identity is the new perimeter: access must be governed with least privilege and watched by ML that spots suspicious logins before they become incidents.
Day 3: Azure Networking & Traffic Intelligence
As the network grows, the team needs segmented, private connectivity and traffic intelligence that flags anomalies humans would miss.
Day 4: Azure Compute & Predictive Scaling
Workloads are bursty and reactive scaling is too slow: compute must forecast demand and scale ahead of it.
Day 5: Azure Storage Intelligence
Storage costs creep as data ages: tiering and lifecycle decisions should be made intelligently, not manually.
Day 6: Observability & Self-Healing Cloud
Alerts alone do not fix anything: the platform needs observability wired to automation that heals common failures on its own.
Technologies covered
A production toolkit combined into a single working build each day, not learned in isolation.
Learning outcomes
1. Administer enterprise Azure and build AI-assisted operations tooling.
2. Apply Machine Learning such as Isolation Forest, ARIMA and Decision Trees to real cloud problems.
3. Run local LLMs with Ollama for private, low-cost AI.
4. Wire observability to self-healing automation on live Azure.
5. Automate infrastructure with Bicep, Terraform and GitHub Actions plus AI code review.
6. Build FinOps cost intelligence and Azure security intelligence platforms.
